Kaitlyn is a full-time local Realtor with deep roots in Southwest Virginia, growing up in Wythe Co. She brings a warm, grounded approach to her work, with a love for the Blue Ridge Mountains & small-town charm. Kaitlyn has a prior decade career in Veterinary Medicine working in New York City. She brings an exceptional level of care, empathy, and attention to detail from years of tending to animals in the ER and ICU. Now, she’s applying those skills to help people find their perfect homes, listening attentively to what buyers and sellers want and making sure each transaction feels as smooth and supportive as possible. I just have to say Kaitlyn Short is amazing. I am a divorced, single mom. This was I first time buying my forever home. So needless to say I was very nervous going into this journey.
